Rhode Island Convention to Audit the State Election (CASE) of 2020
In the words of the Father of his Country, we declare that ‘‘the basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and alter their constitutions of government; but that the constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all.’’

Mission: Secure, Authentic, Fair and Equal (SAFE) elections so all Rhode Islanders can be confident their voices are accurately heard in their self-governance.
We are Rhode Islanders who found Rhode Island’s 2020 General Election unauthentic, unconstitutional and disenfranchising. We find the nationwide censorship of free and honest discussion about election integrity appalling. This site was established to continue those conversations and focus on productive action.
Within the R.I. Constitution, individual suffrage rights supersede government. Only the People hold final governing authority. Our non-partisan name, as free thinking, action oriented individuals united as a convention is focused on our God-given right to free and fair self-government. We recognize that authenticity of elections is the essential foundation of all self-governance. And that true self-governance is not about what others can do for us.
What we can do!
We, the People of Rhode Island, are conducting a public process audit and potentially a results audit. We are doing this by a statewide grassroots effort, working our way up the ballot from local elections to national.
Getting involved, forming teams, asking questions, learning election law, planning out tasks, verifying voter registration, validating voting, analyzing public election results and mapping out critical next steps are all key to asserting our voice in government.
We invite you to join us to fully expose what happened during the 2020 election, to determine accountability issues, and take appropriate measures to ensure election integrity so we might secure the cherished liberties and freedoms that were purchased through considerable sacrifice by prior generations.
